Decent food. Pretty good salad for a fast food place. Only had two high chairs in the entire place though. This is a family restaurant right off the interstate with a ton of traveling families so two is not enough. My son had to sit on my lap almost the entire time until someone else was done with a highchair. Also, they had one of those fancy touchscreen soda machines, but only had one. So getting a soda or a refill was a huge endeavor since people are slow with those and want to look at all the flavors.
Tonight August 26, 2017 was one of the worst attitudes from the manager on the nights he's not here they can do my food right on the nights he's here they cooked them to hard every time. I was nice and polite and asking them to redo my order and lightly fry my chicken fingers. The manager comes around and says this is the only way they can do them then as I tried to explain to him that the others 2nd shift gets them right he asked me not to come back to Zaxby's. This is real sad when I eat here 3 to 4 times a week order the same thing every time and only this shift cannot get it right. It's second shift on August 26 2017. What poor customer communication skills he has. ..I'm so devastated to be treated like this. ..
Food was good and the employees were nice, but the floor was extremely sticky. My shoes were stuck the the floor and they got pulled off more than once.
Worst experience ever. Normally I love Zaxby's. This one however, does not compare to the standard that I'm used to... How can a fast food restaurant be out of EVERY variety of soda but diet?... No ice in the ice machine... Floor staff was rude. Cashier took 3 minutes to dry her hands (not wash and dry her hands) while staring at me, then asking "need something?" before taking my order. Overly salted chicken, could eat it... Good thing I'll I don't live in this town because I will never be back to this restaurant again. Does even deserve the one star.
