My sister stayed there. She was unhappy about not having hot water. The place is nice but they need to let people know how long it takes to get hot water
We booked 2 rooms to go start and prep a upcoming job which will take one or two months. The rooms where booked through a third party so knowing that I needed to I called ahead to let the hotel know we would be a late checkin. They ended up marking as a know show then when I checked in the staff acted like nothing was wrong and they where just taking my card for incidentals. Come to find out they charge me again. Now the manager will not call me back and choice hotels doesn’t help me at all.
The location is very convenient relative to Interstate 26. We were among a large group of evacuees from hurricane Irma, but they still managed to find us room. It looks like it is a relatively new facility. We were very impressed with the look immediately. This location has small indoor pool, a fitness center, laundry facilities, breakfast, grills, and a little marketplace. The lobby is spacious and nice looking. Our room has a pull out mattress which allowed our sons to have individual beds. It also contains a microwave, a mini fridge, cable TV, WiFi, and a lot more places to charge/plug in devices. The service was decent as well. If their prices were better, it would make me more likely to choose Comfort Suites.

Nice clean place, but I had to ask the front desk to "turn on" the hot water?
The staff was pleasant and helpful, so I will return next time I'm in the area.
I say go to the next exit Holiday inn is there.
My wife and I had a great time. It was clean. I the fact that they provided 2 soft pillows and 2 firm pillows. The next morning I got nice and full from that good breakfast they had
