I went there today and the small receptionist with the ponytail and glasses was rude. There was some misunderstandings about my insurance and she was unable to reach my insurance company. I was on the phone with my employer to get some information. When I was trying to explain the information my employer gave me she wouldn't respond or look at me put of frustration towards things we couldnt control nor did I get my teeth cleaned after I offered to pay full price. Mind you I drove 1 hr and 30 mins. I recently graduated college and the dental work of the dentist in the town I live in is horrible so I figured I go back to my childhood dentist. Mistake.
